From stone-ground sprouted oats to local wildflower honey, our ingredients work in harmony with nature –not against it. Sourced from nearby regenerative farms, and with a firm emphasis on sustainability and fairness, all of our ingredients are carefully selected. And included not only to benefit you – but our environment, too.

  • Oats are among the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Naturally high in protein and packed with healthy fatty acids, oats have benefits for your heart and your gut.

    They’re great for your digestive health. And full of a unique fiber that nourishes and restores good gut bacteria. Oats are a vital source of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants your body needs to tick, and improve your overall immune health.

    Why sprouted oats, you ask? Well, the sprouting process breaks down the antinutrients in whole grains. This increases the bioavailability of vitamins and minerals, so your body can absorb them – making sprouted whole grains more nutritious and easier to digest.

    Folate. Fiber. Vitamin C. Zinc, magnesium, and B vitamin levels – all are higher in sprouted, rather than traditional, grains.
